Viktor Andrukhiv ( uk, Віктор Васильович Андрухів; born 8 July 1988) is a Ukrainian football executive, entrepreneur, social activist. The Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) ( uk, Українська асоціяція футболу, Ukrayins'ka Asotsiyatsiya Futbolu) is the governing body of football in Ukraine. Andriy Pavelko
Andriy Vasylyovych Pavelko ( ua, Андрій Васильович Павелко, Andriy Vasylyovych Pavelko; born 7 October 1975) is a Ukrainian politician and sports functionary. On 6 March 2015, he was elected as president of the Football Federation of Ukraine and officially replaced Anatoliy Konkov. Pavelko was already in charge as its acting president since 23 January 2015. In May 2019, he changed the federation's name to "Ukrainian Association of Football". Political Career In the 2010 Ukrainian local elections Pavelko he was elected a deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk City Council as number one on the list of the Front of Change and was a member of the party. Vyshneve ( uk, Вишне́ве) is a city south of Kyiv in Ukraine. It is in Bucha Raion of Kyiv Oblast. Vyshneve hosts the administration of Vyshneve urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. It has a population of History In 1886, a railway station was built on this site; at the time, the nearest settlement was the village of Zhuliany (Ukrainian Жуляни), so the railway station was given the name "Zhuliany" after the village. In 1912, people started settling around the station. During the Russian Civil War (1917–1921) the Red and White armies fought here. The population increased during the times of Joseph Stalin's forced collectivization policies (1928–1940), when peasants were settled near the station. During World War II, Vyshneve became a battlefield. Soviet and German troops fought there until 8 August 1941. After the war, 365 inhabitants received awards for glory and heroism.
