''Vikadakavi'' is a 2011 Tamil comedy film directed by G. Krishnan, a former sound engineer. It stars debutant Sathish and Amala Paul in the lead roles. A low-budget production, the film had a limited release on 22 April 2011. The film was released after much delay and was supposed to be the debut film of the lead actress, Amala Paul. Amala Paul
Amala Paul (born 26 October 1991) is an Indian actress who mainly appears in Tamil cinema, Tamil, Malayalam cinema, Malayalam and Telugu cinema, Telugu films. She made her acting debut by appearing in a supporting role in the Malayalam-language film ''Neelathamara (2009 film), Neelathamara'', and she later became noted for playing the title role in ''Mynaa''. Radhan is an Indian music composer. He made his debut with the Tamil-language film ''Vikadakavi'' (2011), before going on to work on Telugu films. He became popular in Telugu through the film ''Andala Rakshasi'' (2012).
