Viggó Kristjánsson
Viggó Kristjánsson (born 9 December 1993) is an Icelandic handball player for TV Bittenfeld and the Iceland men's national handball team, Icelandic national team. He represented Iceland at the 2020 European Men's Handball Championship, 2021 World Men's Handball Championship and 2022 European Men's Handball Championship. Having featured in senior handball in 2010, Viggó didn't play handball again until 2014. In the meantime he played football, playing 12 games in the Besta deild karla, Icelandic top tier, 43 games in the 1. deild karla (football), second tier and 23 games in 2. deild karla (football), the third tier, also featuring for the youth national teams in 2009–2010. 2022 European Men's Handball Championship
The 2022 EHF European Men's Handball Championship was the 15th edition of the tournament and the second to feature 24 national teams. It was co-hosted in two countries – Hungary and Slovakia – from 13 to 30 January 2022. It was won by Sweden. Grótta Men's Handball Players
Grótta () is a tied island at the extreme end of Seltjarnarnes in the Capital Region of Iceland. During high tide the tombolo is completely submerged, turning Grótta into an island. The island is accessible by foot during low tide, giving people a window of about six hours to visit the island. Grótta and the region close by is a popular outdoor recreational area. Grótta became a Conservation in Iceland, nature reserve in 1974 and it is forbidden to visit it during nesting season, from 1 May to 15 July. There are about 450 couples of Arctic tern, arctic terns in Grótta. A lighthouse was originally built in 1897, a new one was built in 1947. The local search and rescue association is named after long term lighthouse keeper Albert Þorvarðarson (1910–1973). The main house has been deserted since 1970. ''Morgunblaðið'' (, ''The Morning Paper'') is an Icelandic newspaper. ''Morgunblaðið''s website, mbl.is, is the most popular website in Iceland. History ''Morgunblaðið'' was founded by Vilhjálmur Finsen and Ólafur Björnsson, brother of Iceland's Sveinn Björnsson, first president.
