Viggo Sundmoen (born 24 April 1954) is a Norwegian former footballer from Os, Hedmark, who played for Rosenborg (1978–81) and HamKam Hamarkameratene (literally ''the Hamar Comrades''), often abbreviated to HamKam or Ham-Kam, is a Norwegian football club based in the town of Hamar. Os is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Østerdalen. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Os i Østerdalen. The municipality is located to the west of the municipality of Røros and to the south of the municipalities of Midtre Gauldal and Holtålen in Trøndelag county.
