Vanessa Annelyse Ève Garcin (born 25 August 1980 in Sète, Hérault, France), better known by her stage name Ève Angeli is a French pop singer, who won an NRJ Music Award for Best New French Artist in 2000–2002. Biography She began her rise to fame on the television show Graines de star in 2010. Her star-making performance on the show led to a major-label recording contract with Sony Music and the eventual release of her debut single, " Avant de venir" in 2000. The lead single from her forthcoming full-length album debut, "Aime-Moi" (2002), "Avant de Partir" was a Top Five hit on the French singles chart. The follow-up single "Elle" was a major hit also, breaking into the Top Ten, and though successive singles "Je Sais" and "C'est Pour Ça" were less popular, the run of hit singles helped carry Aime-Moi to number 11 on the French albums chart. Fēlikss Ķiģelis (born 25 February 1976 in Liepāja, Latvia) is a Latvian rock musician. He was the founder and frontman of Liepāja's bands Tumsa (The Darkness) and Melnā Princese (Black Princess). In 1999 he pursued a solo career. His father Ēriks Ķiģelis was a member of rock bands Līvi and Coprus. Danyel Gérard
Danyel Gérard (born Gérard Daniel Kherlakian; 7 March 1939) is a French pop singer and composer. Life and work Gérard was born in Paris, France to an Armenian father and an Corsican mother, but grew up mainly in Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil. In 1953, he returned to Paris and became a choir boy at Notre Dame. Following this he played in the rock and roll band The Dangers. In 1958 he made his first recordings: "Viens" (a cover of the Kalin Twins' hit " When") and "D'où reviens-tu Billy Boy" (adapted from Dorothy Collins' "Where Have You Been, Billy Boy"), making one of the first young French singers to successfully sing rock and roll (his only rivals at this stage were Richard Anthony, Claude Piron (later better known as Danny Boy) and Gabriel Dalar), although his commercial impact was very limited; despite a latter-day, revisionist recasting of him as the French Elvis Presley, he was nevertheless one of France's first rock stars.
