Vida Robada (1991 Telenovela)
''Vida robada'' (English title: ''Stolen life'') is a Mexican telenovela produced by Carlos Sotomayor for Televisa in 1991. It is a remake of 1974 Mexican telenovela ''Ha llegado una intrusa''. Erika Buenfil and Sergio Goyri starred as protagonists, while Cynthia Klitbo and Rosa María Bianchi starred as antagonists. Plot Gabriela is a good and generous young woman studying at a university, without knowing who pays for her education since she has no family. After a series of circumstances, she decides to replace a classmate Leticia, a rich and vicious girl who after escaping never returned home. Telenovela
A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. The word combines ''tele'' (for "television") and ''novela'' (meaning "novel"). Similar drama genres around the world include '' teleserye'' (Philippines), '' téléroman'' (Canada, specifically Quebec), and ''sinetron'' (Indonesia). Commonly described using the American colloquialism Spanish soap opera, many telenovelas share some stylistic and thematic similarities to the soap opera familiar to the English-speaking world. The significant difference is their series run length; telenovelas tell one self-contained story, typically within the span of a year or less whereas soap operas tend to have intertwined storylines told during indefinite, continuing runs. This makes them shorter than most other television series, but still much longer than a miniseries. Fabiola Campomanes Rojas (born 30 July 1972) is a Mexican actress. Biography Campomanes enrolled at the Centro de Educación Artística (CEA) run by Televisa. In addition, she studied film and television direction at UCLA. Campomanes began her career in ''Los parientes pobres'' (1993) acting next to Lucero and Ernesto Laguardia. Queta Carrasco (July 4, 1913 — August 8, 1996) was a Mexican character actress. Early life Enriqueta Carrasco Navarrete was born in Mexico City, the daughter of Honorato Carrasco and Ada Navarrete. Her father was an engineer and her mother was an opera singer. Her older sister Ada Carrasco also became an actress, as did Ada's daughter Malena Doria.
