Victoria No. 203
''Victoria No. 203'' is a 1972 Indian Hindi-language heist comedy film produced and directed by Brij. The film stars Saira Banu, Navin Nischol, Ranjeet, Anwar Hussain and Helen. Ashok Kumar and Pran play key supporting roles and earned the Filmfare nominations for the film. The music by Kalyanji–Anandji and the roles of Ashok Kumar and Pran made this a "superhit" at the box office. The movie was remade in Telugu in 1974 as '' Andaru Dongale'' starring Shobhan Babu and Laxmi and in Tamil in 1974 as ''Vairam'' starring Jaishankar and Jayalalithaa. The 1995 Kannada movie ''Giddu Dada '' was also inspired by this movie. It was also remade in Bengali in 2005 as ''Chore Chore Mastuto Bhai''. A Hindi remake of the film produced by Brij's son Kamal Sadanah was released in August 2007 with the same title. Ashok Kumar
Kumudlal Ganguly (13 October 1911 – 10 December 2001), better known by his stage name Ashok Kumar and also by Dadamoni, was an Indian actor who attained iconic status in Indian cinema and who was a member of the cinematic Ganguly family. Mahalakshmi (born 13 December 1952), known professionally as Lakshmi, is an Indian actress known for her works primarily in the southern film industry (distributing her acting career in almost each Dravidian language equally), along with some Hindi films. Mohan Choti (1935 – 1 February 1992) was an Indian actor who worked as a comedian in Hindi films. The name Mohan Choti came from a fictional character of the same name from the 1957 film '' Musafir'', in which he plays a tea shop delivery boy who sports a "choti" or traditional lock of hair on the top of his head. Biography Mohan Choti was born as Mohan Rakshakar to Constable Atmaram Rakshakar in 1933 at Amravati, Amravati District Maharashtra. The victoria is an elegant style of doorless four-wheeled open carriage, drawn by one or two horses, based on the phaeton with the addition of a coachman's seat at the front, and with a retractable roof over the passenger bench. Named for Queen Victoria, According to ''Britannica'', it developed in France. it was possibly based on a phaeton made for George IV. Priyadarshan
Priyadarshan (born 30 January 1957) is an Indian film director, screenwriter and producer who works predominantly in Malayalam and Hindi films, while also having done six films in Tamil and two films in Telugu. He has done about 31 films in Hindi alone, the highest number of films done by any Hindi film director after David Dhawan. He was one of the first directors in India to introduce rich color grading, clear sound and quality dubbing through his early Malayalam films. Priyadarshan has also directed many advertisement films. ''Andaz Apna Apna'' () is a 1994 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Vinay Kumar Sinha. It stars Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karishma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal (in a dual role) and Shakti Kapoor in lead roles.
