Victoria Jaworzno
GKS Victoria Jaworzno is a Polish football and boxing club based in Jaworzno, Poland. It is the oldest Polish miner's football club. History and etymology The club's origins date back to 1914, however it was an unofficial gathering more so than a functioning sports club. After Poland re-gained independence in 1918, among the people returning from the front-lines of World War I was a man named Emil Dawidowicz. Emil with the help of his two friends, Rudolf Hot, a plumber from Moravian Ostrava, and Rudolf Gloser, a baker from Bielsko founded TSV Jaworzno ''(Towarzystwo Sportowe Victoria Jaworzno)''. They chose the name ''Victoria'' after the then popular Czech klub Viktoria Žižkov. 1918 is the club's official founding date as that is when the club charter, rules and regulations were established. Ultras
Ultras are a type of association football fans who are renowned for their fanatical support. The term originated in Italy, but is used worldwide to describe predominantly organised fans of association football teams. The behavioural tendency of ultras groups includes their use of flares (primarily in tifo choreography), vocal support in large groups and the displaying of banners at football stadiums, all of which are designed to create an atmosphere which encourages their own team and intimidates the opposing players and their supporters. The frequent use of elaborate displays in stadiums is also common. Fablok Chrzanów
Fablok Chrzanów is a Polish sports club, founded in 1926 in Chrzanów. Its name reflects the name of club's sponsor - Fablok, the biggest and most important company of the town. Fablok's most famous soccer player is Paweł Cyganek, who played one game for the Polish National Team (August 27, 1939, Poland - Hungary 4-2). The club, however, also had other sections - ice-hockey, chess, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and handball (which became the strongest one, reaching Nationwide Polish Handball League). A few years ago, handball section split with Fablok and now exists under the name of MTS Chrzanów. Presently, after financial problems, Fablok supports only one section - soccer. Garbarnia Szczakowianka Jaworzno is a Polish football club based in Szczakowa, Jaworzno, Poland. The club is currently playing in the IV liga History The club was founded on 9 July 1923 as fusion of three local clubs: ''Kartagina'', ''Rewia and ''Sparta'', under the name ''KS Szczakowianka''. IV Liga (Poland)
IV liga (Czwarta Liga) is the fifth level of the Polish football league system. The current structure of IV liga was created in season 2000/01 after introducing new administrative division of Poland. 16 clubs, one from each voivodeship (province), are promoted to III liga. The bottom clubs are relegated to Liga okręgowa or V liga (depending on the voivodeship). Until the end of the 2007/08 season IV liga lay at fourth tier of league system but this was changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the highest level of football league in Poland.
