Victor Puşcaş (born July 18, 1943 in Arioneşti) is a Moldovan politician. Constitutional Court Of Moldova
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova () represents the sole body of constitutional jurisdiction in the Republic of Moldova, autonomous and independent from the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. The task of the Constitutional Court is to guarantee the supremacy of the Constitution, to ensure the principle of separation of State powers into the legislative, executive and judicial branches, to guarantee the observance of the State's responsibility towards the citizen and the citizen's responsibility towards the State. Upon request, the Constitutional Court interprets the Constitution and undertakes the review of constitutionality of the Parliament's laws and decisions, the decrees of the President and the acts of the Government. The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova is the supreme representative body of the Republic of Moldova, the only state legislative authority, being a unicameral structure composed of 101 elected MPs on lists, for a period of 4 years. Parliament is elected by universal vote, equal directly, secret and freely expressed. The President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova is elected by the Parliament, with a minimum of 52 votes. Dondușeni () is a city in the north of Moldova. It is the administrative, economic, and cultural center of Dondușeni District. Its postal code is MD-5102. The population at the 2004 census was 9,801. Demographics At the 1930 census, the locality (then a village) was known as ''Dondoșani-Gară'' (literally ''Dondoșani Station''), and had a population of 953.
