Vicente Moreno
Vicente Moreno Peris (born 26 October 1974) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder, currently manager of Saudi Professional League club Al Shabab. He spent most of his career with Xerez, appearing in 412 official matches and remaining with the club for 11 years. He also coached it for seven months. Playing career An unsuccessful Valencia CF youth graduate, Moreno was born in Massanassa, Valencian Community, and he arrived to Xerez CD in 2000–01 after spending one season each with lowly clubs, also in Segunda División B. Helping the Andalusians promote to the Segunda División in his first year, he never played less than 34 matches until 2009. In the 2008–09 campaign, Moreno was an everpresent figure for Xerez as they achieved a first-ever La Liga promotion. Xerez Club Deportivo, known simply as Xerez, is a Spanish football team based in Jerez de la Frontera, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Xerez currently plays in Tercera División RFEF, the fifth tier of Spanish football. 2009–10 La Liga
The 2009–10 La Liga season (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 79th La Liga since its establishment. Barcelona were the defending champions, having won their 19th La Liga title in the previous season. The campaign began on 29 August 2009 ended on 16 May 2010 due to all top-flight European leagues ending earlier than the previous season because of 2010 FIFA World Cup. A total of 20 teams contested the league, 17 of which already contested in the 2008–09 season and three of which were promoted from the Segunda División. Sidi Yaya Keita (born 20 March 1985) is a Malian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Club career Born in Bamako, Keita moved to France at 18, signing for RC Strasbourg and spending his first year with the reserves, proceeding to be relatively used by the first team in the following two Ligue 1 seasons. He made his debut in the competition on 16 October 2004, playing 90 minutes in a 2–2 away draw against AC Ajaccio. While at Strasbourg Keita played as they won the 2005 Coupe de la Ligue Final. The 2008–09 Segunda División season (known from that season as Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 78th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 30 August 2008, and the season ended on 21 June 2009. Real Zaragoza, Real Murcia and Levante were the teams relegated from La Liga the previous season. Alicante, Girona, Huesca and Rayo Vallecano were the teams promoted from Segunda División B the previous season.
