''Vestidas de azul'' is an upcoming Spanish drama television series billed as a follow-up to '' Veneno''. Plot Two years after the death of Cristina Ortiz, Valeria Vegas finds a VHS tape of documentary film ''Vestida de azul'', inspiring her to write a new work about the lives of the six trans women featuring in the documentary. Mikel Rueda Sasieta (Bilbao, Spain ) is a film director and screenwriter. He is a graduate in audiovisual communication with a specialty in script from the University of Navarra. He worked as a producer in Euskal Telebista (EITB) for four years and, after working on several short films, he received a scholarship to study at the New York Film Academy, where he did his post-graduate work in Film Direction. Career Mikel Rueda made his film debut as both a director and a writer in 2007 with the release of his short film, ''Presente Perfecto''. His first feature length film, ''Izarren argia'' was released in 2010 at the San Sebastian International Film Festival. He filmed his first full length documentary, ''Quinta Plata'', in New York in 2016. ''Fotogramas'' is Spanish digital and print film magazine which has been in circulation since 1946. It is one of the early film magazines in Spain. History Founded in Barcelona, it was first published on 15 November 1946 by Antonio Nadal-Rodó and María Fernanda Gañán. On 5 February 1951, the magazine awarded their first Placa de San Juan Bosco award to actor Jesús Tordesillas for his performance in 1950 film ''Pequeñeces''. In the 1970s the magazine was part of the Nadal Group. New categories were added over time to the award which were renamed Fotogramas de Plata and in 2012 they absorbed the TP de Oro awards.
