Manuel Vermeire (born 12 July 1987) is a Belgian printmaker whose work mainly consists in reproducing paintings in the form of wood-engravings. Katrien Vermeire (born Ostend, 1979) is a Belgian artist. Career Katrien Vermeire studied photography at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent and art history at Ghent University. She won the quadrennial Fine Arts Award of the Province of West Flanders in 2002. Didier Vermeiren (born 10 July 1951) is a Belgian sculptor. His first works, in the 1970s, stood at the crossroads of conceptual art, minimal art and the tradition of modern sculpture.
