Odisha High Court
The Orissa High Court is the High Court for the Indian state of Odisha. The then Bengal Presidency was a vast province including present day Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, and West Bengal. It was difficult to administratively manage such a vast area, inhabited by people speaking in different languages and having different traditions. Administrative exigencies required separation of such areas which originally did not from part of Bengal. So, new province of Bihar and Orissa was formed on 22 March 1912. However, the said new province of Bihar and Bihar and Orissa was under the jurisdiction of Calcutta High Court. Bilal Nazki
Justice Bilal Nazki (born 18 November 1947) is an Indian jurist. He is a former Chief Justice of Orissa High Court and has served as High Court Judge in the High Courts of Jammu & Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh and Bombay. He has also served as the Chairman of the Jammu & Kashmir State Human Rights Commission and the Human Rights Commission of Bihar. He also headed the committee set up by the Government of India to review the functioning of the Haj Committee of India and its state units. Career Bilal Nazki was born on 18 November, 1947 in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India into a Kashmiri Muslim family and was educated at the Aligarh Muslim University. Chokkalingam Nagappan (born 4 October 1951) is a former judge of the Supreme Court of India who served from September 2013 till his retirement in October 2016. Education Nagappan hails from Karur in Tamil Nadu and had his initial schooling there. He did his pre-university course in St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli and completed his B.Sc. Mysore State

Chikkaballapur District
Chikkaballapura district is a district in the state of Karnataka, India. On 23 August 2007, it was carved out of the pre-existing Kolar district which was the fourth largest district (before bifurcation) of Karnataka by moving the talukas of Gauribidanur, Gudibanda, Bagepalli, Chikballapur, Manchenahalli, Sidlaghatta and Chintamani into the new district.
