Venancio Concepción
Venancio Concepción was a Filipino general under the leadership of President Emilio Aguinaldo. He fought battles in Iloilo and Central Luzon. However, President Aguinaldo, just hours after Antonio Luna's death on June 5, 1899, relieved Luna's officers and men from the field, including General Concepción, whose headquarters in Angeles, Pampanga Aguinaldo besieged the same day Luna was assassinated. Marcos Venâncio de Albuquerque (born 16 June 1980 in Crato), commonly known as Ceará, is a Brazilian right wingback. Career Ceará began his football career in the city of Crato in the state where Ceará was born. Ceará began his football career when he joined Gama youth academy and earned a nickname ''Ceará''. In 1999, he joined Brazilian side Santos where he spent one year and then joined various Brazilian clubs in the lower division like Associação Atlética Portuguesa and São José. Frederico André Ferrão Venâncio (born 4 February 1993) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Spanish club SD Eibar as a central defender. Fernando Venâncio (Mértola, Portugal, born 1944) is a Portuguese born writer, intellectual, literary critic, linguist and academic. At present he holds Dutch nationality. Fernando Venâncio spent his childhood in Lisbon and completed his secondary school in the northern Portuguese city of Braga. He studied Philosophy in Vila Nova de Ourém and Theology in Lisbon. In 1970 he moved to the Netherlands, where he eventually completed his studies in linguistics at the University of Amsterdam in 1976. Two years later, he began lecturing at the department of Portuguese studies in the University of Nijmegen.
