Vasilios Kotronias ( el, Βασίλειος Κοτρωνιάς; first name sometimes spelled ''Vassilios''; born 25 August 1964) is a Greek chess player and writer. He is a ten-time Greek champion (1986, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1994, 2006, 2010, 2014). Kotronias was awarded the titles of International Master in 1986 and Grandmaster in 1990 by FIDE. Vasilios Lakis ( el, Βασίλειος Λάκης; born 10 September 1976) is a Greek former professional footballer. He was nicknamed "Turbo" for his speed when attacking along the right wing and ability to provide accurate crosses for the strikers in the area. Vasilis Cornelius Barkas ( el, Βασίλης Μπάρκας; born 30 May 1994) is a Greek international football player who plays as a goalkeeper for Eredivisie club Utrecht, on loan from Scottish Premiership side Celtic, and the Greece national team. Vasilios Koutsianikoulis ( gr, Βασίλειος Κουτσιανικούλης; born 9 August 1988) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a left winger or an attacking midfielder for Gamma Ethniki club Trikala. Vasilios Borbokis (Greek: Βασίλειος Μπορμπόκης; born 10 February 1969) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a defender. He is the younger brother of the former Greek international, Stefanos Borbokis. Vasilis Konstantinou ( el, Βασίλης Κωνσταντίνου; born 19 November 1947) is a former Greek football goalkeeper whose career spanned three decades: the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Club career Born in Marousi, Konstantinou played football for Panathinaikos' youth team before becoming the back-up goalkeeper and under study of Takis Ikonomopoulos. He filled in successfully for his "mentor" when the situation called for it as was the case in the European Cup semi-finals against Red Star Belgrade (3-0) which sent PAO to the final.
