Vasile Mogoș
Vasile Mogoș (born 31 October 1992) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a defender or a wing-back for Liga I club Universitatea Craiova. Club career Early years Born in Vaslui, Mogoș started his career at Italian Serie D club Asti. Mogoș finished fifth in 2012–13 Serie D Group C with Real Vicenza. The club was invited to play in 2013–14 Lega Pro Seconda Divisione. However, Mogoș was signed by another L.P. 2nd Division club Delta Porto Tolle. On 26 September 2014 Mogoș was signed by Lega Pro club Lumezzane. Teramo On 2 July 2015 Mogoș was signed by Serie B newcomer Teramo in a two-year deal. Vaslui
Vaslui (), a city in eastern Romania, is the seat of Vaslui County, in the historical region of Western Moldavia. The city administers five villages: Bahnari, Brodoc, Moara Grecilor, Rediu, and Viișoara. History Archaeological surveys indicate that the territory of Vaslui was inhabited since the Neolithic. From the 14th century onwards, it developed as the provincial town of Vaslui, with a population that fluctuated considerably in the following centuries. The Serie D () is the highest level of semi-professional football in Italy, and the fourth tier of the Italian national league system. It sits beneath the third and lowest fully professional league, Serie C, and feeds in to it through promotion and relegation. Lega Pro Seconda Divisione
Serie C2 was the fourth highest football league in Italy, the lowest with a professional status. History Before the 1978–79 season, there were only three professional football leagues in Italy, the third being Serie C. The league menaging the C was also organizing the semi-professional Serie D. In 1978, it was decided to split the Serie C into Serie C1 (the third highest league) and Serie C2, moving the remnants of the Serie D to the amatorial sector as Campionato Interregionale. Upon its inception in 1978–79, Serie C2 consisted of four groups of 18 teams, with two promotions and three relegations. 2011–12 Serie D
The 2011–12 Serie D was the sixty-fourth edition of the top level Italian non-professional football championship. It represented the fifth tier in the Italian football league system. It consisted of 168 teams divided into six 18-team divisions and three 20-team divisions. In the summer 2011 Montecchio Maggiore was readmitted in Serie D to the judgment of the High Court of Justice, that has transformed the score of Montebelluna-Este from 2–1 to 0–3, for infringement of the rule on under. 2010–11 Serie D
The 2010–11 Serie D was the sixty-third edition of the top level Italian non-professional football championship. It represented the fifth tier in the Italian football league system. It originally consisted of 166 teams, with two divisions allocated 20 teams each while the other seven allocated 18 teams. After the first matchday, another team was added, increasing the number of teams to 167 and Girone I to 19 teams. Each team played two matches against every other team in its own division; a total of 34 matches for the six divisions of 18 teams, 36 matches for the 19-team Girone I, and 38 matches for the 20-team Girone A & F. UEFA Euro 2020 Qualifying Group F
Group F of UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2020 finals tournament. Group F consisted of six teams: Faroe Islands, Malta, Norway, Romania, Spain and Sweden, where they played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. 2015 Italian Football Scandal
The 2015 Italian football scandal, or ''Dirty Soccer'', was a scandal that involved rigged matches in 2014–15 season, involving Calcio Catania. The multimillion-dollar match-fixing scandal was suspected to be orchestrated by 'Ndrangheta, the most powerful mafia syndicate in Italy. Origins and etymology The scandal first came to light as a consequence of investigations of prosecutors by the Italian football agency, Divisione Investigazioni Generali e Operazioni Speciali. On 19 May 2015, a total of 50 people were arrested in Italy on suspicion of match-fixing and 70 people being detained in total. The team that was under investigation was Catania, who fixed five matches so that they could remain in Serie B. On 23 June 2015, the team's president, Antonio Pulvirenti, and six others were arrested for match-fixing. Six days later, it was revealed that Pulvirenti "paid £71,000 to fix five matches". The 2015–16 Lega Pro Divisione Unica is the second season of the unified Lega Pro division. The championship name, which is ''Divisione Unica'' according to the FIGC regulations, is called ''Lega Pro'' in official documents. Teams A total of 54 teams will contest the league. The Serie B (), officially known as Serie BKT for sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest division in the Italian football league system after the Serie A.
