Vasile Miriuță
Vasile Laszlo Miriuță (born 19 September 1968) is a football manager and former player. From December 2020, he was the head coach of Liga III side Minaur Baia Mare, until July 2021. From July 2021 he was enrolled as the technical director of the same team, Minaur. Born in Romania, the midfielder played nine matches for the Hungary national team, in which he scored one goal in a friendly on 21 August 2002 against Spain. Famous for his free kicks and tactical cleverness, he promoted in the Bundesliga with Energie Cottbus in 2000, but was released at the end of 2002. Most of his time at MSV Duisburg he spent outside the starting eleven. Club career Miriuță debuted as a player in 1988 for FCM Baia Mare. In 1990, he was signed by Dinamo București. At Dinamo, Miriuță became an undisputed regular, until new coach Florin Halagian allegedly told him that he's not going to play a single game in his term, prompting him to leave for Gloria Bistrița in 1991. Baia Mare ( , ; hu, Nagybánya; german: Frauenbach or Groß-Neustadt; la, Rivulus Dominarum) is a municipality along the Săsar River, in northwestern Romania; it is the capital of Maramureș County. Asociația Sportivă Ardealul 2013 Târgu Mureș, commonly known as ASA Târgu Mureș or simply as Târgu Mureș, was a Romanian professional football club based in Târgu Mureș, Mureș County, which last played in the Liga II. Bourges 18 was a football club based in Bourges, France. Florin Halagian
Florin Vașken Halagian (7 March 1939 – 12 August 2019) was a Romanian football player and manager of Armenian descent, hence the nickname ''Armeanul'' (The Armenian). He is the manager who has the most matches in Liga I with 878 games consisting of 432 victories, 176 draws and 270 losses. On 25 March 2008 he was decorated by the president of Romania, Traian Băsescu for all of his achievements as a football coach, and for forming a young generation of future champions with Ordinul "Meritul Sportiv" — (The Order "The Sportive Merit") class III. Halagian was the manager of the Romania national football team for one match during 1979. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
