Vasile Bîtca
Vasile Bîtca (born 1 December 1971) is a Moldovan politician who served as Minister of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment from 18 February 2015 to 20 December 2017. At the 2014 Moldovan parliamentary election he was elected as Member of Parliament of Moldova as candidate of the Democratic Party of Moldova, but in short time he left the office to become minister. Between 2007 and 2011 Vasile Bîtca worked as Deputy Mayor of Nisporeni City, and between 2001 and 2015 he served as President of Nisporeni District. Vasile Bîtca is married to Natalia Bîtcă, with whom he has four daughters. On 18 May 2020, Bîtca joined, together with the politician Ghenadie Verdeș, the parliamentary group Pro Moldova Pro Moldova ( ro, Pro Moldova) is a centre-right political party of the Republic of Moldova. The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova is the supreme representative body of the Republic of Moldova, the only state legislative authority, being a unicameral structure composed of 101 elected MPs on lists, for a period of 4 years. Parliament is elected by universal vote, equal directly, secret and freely expressed. The President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova is elected by the Parliament, with a minimum of 52 votes. Gheorghe Brega (born 25 September 1951 in Drepcăuți, Briceni District, Soviet Moldova) is a Moldovan politician who was the acting Prime Minister of Moldova from 30 October 2015 to 20 January 2016. He served as Deputy Prime Minister for Social Affairs of Moldova from 30 July 2015 to 30 May 2017, and was a Member of the Moldovan Parliament from 2009 to 2015. TV8 (formerly TV7) is a nonprofit television network based in Chișinău, Moldova. It is owned by the Public Association “Media Alternativa”, whose executive director is Natalia Morari. TV8 uses a programming strategy of international movies and tv shows, as well as local talk shows and news broadcasting. In 2017 the then owner of the channel, Chiril Lucinschi, transferred his ownership to "Media Alternativa". After the transfer, TV7 rebranded to TV8. Nisporeni District
Nisporeni () is a district ( ro, raion) in west-central Moldova, with its administrative center at Nisporeni. According to the 2014 census, its population was 53,154; most (82.8 percent) are Moldovans. History The Vărzărești monastery was first mentioned on 25 April 1420. The oldest locations in the district ( Bălăurești, Ciutești, Seliște, Nisporeni and Vărzărești) were first mentioned in 1420-1425. The 15th to 18th centuries were marked by economic (trade and agriculture) and cultural development (the construction of monasteries and churches) and population growth. 2014 Moldovan Parliamentary Election
Parliamentary elections were held in Moldova on 30 November 2014. The result was described as "more a loss than a victory" of the incumbent pro-European coalition, with center-right parties divided by sharp tensions. The pro-Russian Party of Socialists (PSRM), composed of former communists, emerged as the largest party in Parliament, gaining 20.51% of votes and winning 25 of the 101 seats.
