Vargam
''Vargam'' is a 2006 Indian Malayalam-language action film written and directed by M. Padmakumar. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Renuka Menon, Vijayaraghavan, Devan and Captain Raju. Padmakumar who was an assistant director for Devasuram stated that Vargam is a tribute to the movie by following the same plot. Plot Solomon Joseph ( Prithviraj) is the sub inspector of Police in charge of Rajakkadu station in Idukki. He has learned the importance of money and power, and using it, he earns wads of money. Renuka Menon
Renuka Menon is a former Indian actress who has predominantly appeared in Malayalam films. She also acted in few Tamil, Telugu and Kannada language films. Career In 2005, Menon entered the Tamil and Kannada film industries, through the films ''February 14'', alongside Bharath, and ''News'' opposite Upendra, respectively. Prithviraj Sukumaran (born 16 October 1982) is an Indian actor, director, producer and playback singer primarily working in Malayalam cinema. He has also done Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films. Rajan P. Dev (20 May 1951 – 29 July 2009) was an Indian film and stage actor. He was born in Cherthala in the Alappuzha district of the former state Thiru-Kochi (present day Kerala). He had acted in over 500 films in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages. He was noted for his villain roles laced with a touch of humour.
