''Vansh'' () is a 1992 Indian Hindi language action drama film directed and produced by Pappu Verma. It is a remake of Mani Ratnam's 1988 Tamil film ''Agni Natchathiram''. The film was well received at the box office. Plot Justice Krishnakant Dharmadhikari is assigned to chair an inquiry commission against Mantri Vilasrao Chaudhary. While gathering evidence against the later, he must also deal with family problems, arising out of his bigamous relationship with Tulsi and Rukmani: Tulsi's children, Geeta and Siddharth; Rukmani's son, Inspector Gautam; the hostility displayed by his aging mother against Tulsi and her children; as well as the growing anger and animosity between Gautam and Siddharth, who have only one thing in common, namely the hatred for their father. Siddharth Ray (19 July 1963– 8 March 2004), born Sushant Ray, was a film actor in Hindi and Marathi films. He also appeared in a few south Indian films. He was the grandson of filmmaker V. Shantaram. Personal life Siddharth Ray was born into a film family. He was the grandson of V. Shantaram. His mother, Charusheela Ray, was the daughter of V. Shantaram by his first wife Vimla Shantaram. ''Agni Natchathiram'' () is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language masala film that was written and directed by Mani Ratnam. The film stars Prabhu, Karthik, Amala and newcomer Nirosha, with Vijayakumar, Jayachitra, Sumithra, Tara, S. N. Lakshmi and G. Umapathy in supporting roles. Its story revolves around two half-brothers who come into conflict with each other due to their claims for legitimacy as sons of a common father. Suresh Wadkar
Suresh Ishwar Wadkar (born 7 August 1955) is an Indian playback singer. He performs in both Hindi and Marathi films. He has sung songs in some Bhojpuri films, Odia albums and bhajans and in Konkani films. He was awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for 2018 for Sugam Sangeet.
