Patrick Van Horn
Patrick Van Horn (born March 17, 1969) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Sue in the 1996 film '' Swingers'', starring alongside real-life friends Jon Favreau, Vince Vaughn and Ron Livingston. He had previously appeared in the Dirty Harry film ''The Dead Pool'' (1988), in the Pauly Shore comedy ''Encino Man'' (1992), and on the TV series ''The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air'' in 1990. From 1992 to 1993 he hosted the series '' I Witness Video''. After ''Swingers'' he had roles in the 1999 films ''Three to Tango'' and ''Free Enterprise'', and 2008's ''Four Christmases'' which reunited him with his ''Swingers'' co-stars Vaughn and Favreau. Van Horn is a town in and the seat of Culberson County, Texas, United States. According to the 2010 census, Van Horn had a population of 2,063, down from 2,435 at the 2000 census. The 2020 census results detailed a decline in population to 1,941. Van Horn's official newspaper is ''The Van Horn Advocate''. William Van Horn (born February 15, 1939) is a Disney comics artist and writer, and has been since 1988. He draws mostly Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge stories, and he has also written and/or illustrated stories based on the animated series ''DuckTales''. Some of these stories featured Launchpad McQuack as the main character. William's son Noel Van Horn is also a Disney comics artist, focusing on Mickey Mouse stories. Work Prior to his association with Disney, Van Horn drew and wrote the black-and-white comic book '' Nervous Rex'' for Blackthorne Publishing. Sidney Welby Van Horn (September 8, 1920 - September 17, 2014) was an American professional tennis player and tennis coach. As a 19-year-old player, Van Horn reached the finals of the 1939 U.S. Champiomnships beating John Bromwich only to lose to Bobby Riggs in just 56 minutes (6–4, 6–2, 6–4). One of the high points of his career was a 6–0, 6–2, 6–1 defeat of the great Bill Tilden at a match between U.S. and British Empire service teams at Wimbledon in July 1945, supposedly the worst losses of Tilden's career — Tilden, however, was 52 years old at the time while Van Horn was 25. Van Horn also won the United States Pro Championship in 1945.
