Valeriu Chiveri
Valeriu Chiveri (born 26 December 1963) is a Moldovan diplomat, and the current Ambassador of Moldova to Ukraine. Chiveri studied at Moldova State University, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration and Technical University of Moldova. He was formerly the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Austria and Slovakia, starting his duties in 2010. Moldovans, sometimes referred to as Moldavians ( ro, moldoveni , Moldovan Cyrillic: молдовень), are a Romance-speaking ethnic group and the largest ethnic group of the Republic of Moldova (75.1% of the population as of 2014) and a significant minority in Ukraine and Russia.
