Valentin Lavigne
Valentin Lavigne (born 4 June 1994) is a French footballer who plays as a right midfielder for Fleury. Club career Lavigne is a youth exponent from Lorient. He made his Ligue 1 debut on 10 August 2014 against AS Monaco, replacing Yann Jouffre after 81 minutes and scoring the winning goal six minutes later. Lorient won 2–1, their first ever away win at Monaco. In January 2016, Lavigne joined Ligue 2 side Stade Lavallois on loan for the remainder of the 2015–16 season. He went on to play eight league matches for the club. For the 2016–2017 season, he was again loaned out, this time to Brest. He was loaned out again for the 2017–18 season, to Paris FC. In September 2018 Lavigne departed from Lorient and signed for Championnat National club US Concarneau. French Football League System
The French football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for club football in France and Monaco, and includes one Spanish side. At the top two levels of the system is the Ligue de Football Professionnel, which consists of two professional national divisions, Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. Below that are a number of leagues run by the Fédération Française de Football. At level 3 is the semi-professional Championnat National. Teams There are 20 clubs in the league, with three promoted teams from Championnat National replacing the three teams that were relegated to the same level, and three relegated teams from Ligue 1 replacing the three teams that were promoted to the same level. All clubs that secured Ligue 2 status for the season were subject to approval by the Direction Nationale du Contrôle de Gestion, DNCG before becoming eligible to participate. The first team to officially join the division for the 2015–16 was RC Lens, Lens, who were relegated from 2014–15 Ligue 1, Ligue 1 on 2 May 2015 as results on the day went against them. The 2015–16 Championnat de France Amateur is the 18th season of the fourth tier in the French football league system. Teams There were twelve teams promoted from Championnat de France amateur 2, while ten teams were relegated from the 2014–15 Championnat de France amateur.
