It stars Ranjan Ramanayake, Tennyson Cooray, and Sabeetha Perera in lead roles along with Wilson Karunaratne and Freddie Silva. Music composed by Sarath Dassanayake. It is the 971st Sri Lankan film in the Sinhalese cinema. Hemasiri Sellapperuma (born 25 October: si, හේමසිරි සෙල්ලප්පෙරුම), is a Sri Lankan screenplay writer, editor and filmmaker in Sri Lankan cinema. He is a prolific director who directed the second most number of films in Sri Lankan cinema with thirty-six films in various genres.
