Vakhtang Chanturishvili
Vakhtang Chanturishvili ( ka, ვახტანგ ჭანტურიშვილი; born 5 August 1993) is a Georgian footballer who plays for Jablonec as a left winger. Club career Chanturishvili started his career in Norchi Dinamoeli. He made his debut for the team on 23 August 2013 in a match against FC Samgurali Tskhaltubo. On 7 June 2023, Chanturishvili joined Czech First League side Jablonec. International career In May 2016, Chanturishvili was called up and earned his first cap with the senior team in a 3–1 loss against Slovakia on 27 May, he started and was replaced in the 45th minute by Levan Kenia. Ozurgeti
Ozurgeti ( ka, ოზურგეთი ) is the capital of the western Georgian province of Guria. It was formerly known as Macharadze or Makharadze (named in honor of Filipp Makharadze). It is a regional center of tea and hazelnut processing. Ozurgeti is also administrative center of Ozurgeti District. Geography Ozurgeti is above sea level. Most of the town is located between the Bzhuzhi and Natanebi rivers. The 2015–16 Umaglesi Liga was the 27th season of top-tier football in Georgia. Dila Gori were the defending champions. The season began on 13 August 2015 and ended on 22 May 2016. The Georgian Super Cup is a competition consisting of a single football match played between the champions of the Erovnuli Liga and the winners of the Georgian Cup. It was first held in 1996. When a club has won both competitions, the Georgian Cup losing finalists play for the Super Cup. 2011–12 Umaglesi Liga
The 2011–12 Umaglesi Liga was the 23rd season of top-tier football in Georgia. It began on 6 August 2011 and ended on 21 May 2012. The league added two teams for this season, increasing its size from ten to twelve teams. The league was won by Zestafoni, who successfully defended their title. Metalurgi Rustavi, Torpedo Kutaisi and Dila Gori qualified for the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League, while Spartaki Tskhinvali and Gagra were relegated. Changes from 2010–11 season The league expanded from ten to twelve teams for this season. In order to accommodate the additional teams, the competition mode was changed from a single-phase, quadruple round-robin schedule to a double-phase championship. The Erovnuli Liga ( ka, ეროვნული ლიგა - lit. National League) is the top division of professional football in Georgia. Since 1990, it has been organized by the Professional Football League of Georgia and Georgian Football Federation. The Czech News Agency ( cs, Česká tisková kancelář), abbreviated to ČTK, is a national public service news agency in the Czech Republic. It publishes in Czech and English. It discontinued its Slovak language service on 1 January 2011. The Czech First League, known as the Fortuna liga for sponsorship reasons, is a Czech professional league for football clubs. At the top of the Czech football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. Seasons typically run from August to May, most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays with few games played on Fridays. All Fortuna liga clubs qualify for the Czech Cup.
