Girls on the Run (also referred to as Girls on the Run International), a national non-profit organization, designs programming that strengthens third- to eighth grade girls’ social, emotional, physical and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences. Sendai Kamotsu
is a Japanese rock band, formed in September 2001 as the comedic side project of the visual kei band Nightmare. It consists of entirely the same members using aliases (although neither band admits this), with the addition of a programmer. Sendai Kamotsu consists of Chiba (lead vocals), Satty (guitar), Fullface (guitar), Wen Chen Chen (bass), Gigaflare (drums) and Kurihara ( programming). History 2001–2010 Sendai Kamotsu formed in 2001 before Nightmare became successful, beginning their activities in 2002. Momoko Sakura
(8 May 1965 – 15 August 2018) was the pen name of a Japanese manga artist from Shimizu, Shizuoka Prefecture. She was best known as the creator of the long-running manga ''Chibi Maruko-chan''. Biography Miki Miura, was born 8 May 1965. She revealed very little about her private life, including her real name. Sakura made her debut as an artist in 1984 and the ''Chibi Maruko-chan'' was published in '' Ribon'' from 1986 to 1996. The series, which was based on her own childhood, was set in 1974 in suburban Japan. An anime series based on the ''Chibi Maruko-chan'' aired from 1990 to 1992 while the current second series, which debuted in 1995, continues to this day. Yuji Ohno
is a Japanese jazz musician. Ohno is known for his musical scoring of Japanese anime television series, particularly ''Lupin III'', and most famously the 1977 series ''Lupin III Part II'' and the feature film ''The Castle of Cagliostro''. Early life Born in the founding family of Atami City's Hotel Ohnoya, Ohno began playing piano in elementary school. He formed the group Junior Light Music with clarinetist and future NHK announcer Isamu Akashi, a classmate at Keio Senior High School. It was at this time that he taught himself jazz. While enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Keio University he was a member of the prestigious big band "Keio University Light Music Society". Hajime Mizoguchi
is a Japanese cellist and composer. Mizoguchi started playing piano at the age of 3, and the cello at the age of 11. From 1978–1985 he attended the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music where he majored in violoncello. In 1986, he released his first album, ''Half Inch Dessert'', being listed as composer, arranger, and performer. From that time on, he has released more than 20 albums including motion picture soundtracks. His compositions include the soundtrack to the animated feature film '' Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade''. Maximum The Hormone
is a Japanese heavy metal band from Hachiōji, Tokyo. Their lineup has consisted of vocalist Daisuke-han, drummer Nao, guitarist Maximum the Ryo-kun, and bassist Ue-chan since 1999. Each member alternates singing lead vocals, often within the same song, with the exception of Ue-chan, who provides backup vocals almost exclusively. The group is best known for their unconventional and experimental style of alternative metal music.
