V-1 (TV Series)
''V-1'' was a South Korean music television program that aired as a pilot program for Chuseok on tvN, on September 13–15, 2019 at 17:40 (KST). It was hosted by Kang Ho-dong. Program The program name "V-1" is a combination of "V" in Vocal and "1" in No.1. The purpose of this program is to select the Vocal Queen among the girl group members. Registration for the program was open to all girl group members, regardless of their positions in their groups. The production team then selected 24 girl group members and revealed their audition clips. The public may vote for their top 5 favourite girl group members on V-1's official website. Only the top 12 girl group members in votes would progress and perform on the show. In the 1st and 2nd episodes, there would be 6 match-ups in Round 1. Kang Ho-dong
Kang Ho-dong (born June 11, 1970) is a South Korean television host and comedian, who first became known to Koreans as one of the top Korean traditional wrestlers. In 2008, Kang Ho Dong became the first comedian in history to win the Baeksang Arts Awards Daesang (Grand Prize) for Television category. This made him the first in history to achieve an entertainment awards Daesang grand slam, including KBS, MBC, SBS and Baeksang. Along with comedian Yoo Jae-suk, he has terminated his contract with De Chocolate E&TF (a.k.a. Stom E&F) for issues of non-payment. Cherry Bullet () is a South Korean girl group formed by FNC Entertainment and managed under their sub-label FNC W. They debuted on January 21, 2019, with their first single album titled '' Let's Play Cherry Bullet.'' The group currently consists of seven members: Haeyoon, Yuju, Bora, Jiwon, Remi, Chaerin and May. Originally consisting of ten members, Mirae, Kokoro and Linlin left the group in December 2019. GWSN (), also known as Girls in the Park, is a South Korean multinational girl group formed in 2018 by Kiwi Pop (now known as The Wave Music). "Euphoria" is a song by South Korean boy band BTS, sung as a solo by member Jungkook. It was released on August 24, 2018 with the compilation album '' Love Yourself: Answer''. It was written by DJ Swivel, Candace Nicole Sosa, "hitman" bang, Supreme Boi, Adora, and RM, with DJ Swivel being the sole producer. Although the music video was released in April, the song was not released until August when '' Love Yourself: Answer'' was put out. Background and release The music video was released as a theme for ''起 Wonder'', a part of the ''Love Yourself'' series. In a nine-minute depiction, the video continues the "Bangtan Universe" story line that is incorporated in many of BTS's music videos.
