V. Venkatram
Vurity Venkatram (born 29 September 1956) was a former Indian first-class cricketer who played 70+ First Class matches for Bihar cricket team from 1975-76 to 1991–92. He Captained Bihar Ranji Team for 1981-82 to 1986-87 season. After retirement, he became head coach of Jharkhand cricket team and he is a BCCI Certified Level ‘C’ Cricket Coach. Career Venkatram was a right-arm off break bowler who represented Bihar cricket team. He played 68 first-class and 5 List A matches between the 1973/74 and 1991/92 seasons. He had a successful career as bowler, taking 217 wickets at an average of 26.52 with 13 five-wicket hauls. He was also a useful lower-order batsman with a first-class batting average of more than 22. Jharkhand Cricket Team
The Jharkhand Cricket Team is a first-class cricket team based in the Indian state of Jharkhand. When the old state of Bihar was split into Jharkhand state and Bihar state, the Jharkhand team took the place of the Bihar cricket team, as much of the former's state's cricketing infrastructure was in Jharkhand. History Jharkhand State Cricket Association was formed on November 15, 2000 and the team made its first-class debut in November 2004 against Saurashtra in the 2004/05 Ranji Trophy at Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Ground, Rajkot. National Cricket Academy
The National Cricket Academy is a cricket facility of the BCCI for the purpose of developing young cricketers who have been identified as having the potential to represent the Indian cricket team. It was established in the year 2000 and is located in Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium, Bengaluru, Karnataka in India. The facility is also used for the rehabilitation of injured players. The NCA was the brainchild of cricket administrator and former BCCI President Raj Singh Dungarpur. In 2014, BCCI tied up with both Cricket Australia and the ECB to get experts in for helping draw its new structure. BCCI decided to make these changes along the lines of the state-of-the-art high-performance centres based in Australia and England as part of the revamp of the National Cricket Academy. Tripura Cricket Team
The Tripura cricket team is a domestic cricket team representing the Indian state of Tripura. History Cricket developed later in Tripura than in most other parts of India with competitions first organized in the early 1960s, and the Tripura Cricket Association forming in 1968. Tripura entered the Ranji Trophy, along with Goa and Himachal Pradesh, when the competition was expanded for the 1985–86 season. They have always been one of the weaker sides in the competition. Up to the end of 2020, they had played 183 first-class matches resulting in nine wins, 116 losses and 58 draws.
