Urimai Geetham
''Urimai Geetham'' () is a 1988 Indian Tamil-language thriller film directed by R. V. Udayakumar, in his directorial debut. The film stars Prabhu and Karthik. The film had musical score by Manoj–Gyan and was released on 26 February 1988. Udayakumar won the Best New Dace (Director) award at the 9th Cinema Express Awards. Plot Bhoominathan, an honest politician, wins the election and becomes the CM. A felicitation function is organised to celebrate his victory. In the function, he is assassinated by Thyagu. On the one hand, Thyagu is arrested and he denies having killed Bhoominathan. On the other hand, Boominathan's son, Chandru is determined to find his father's murderer. The rest of the story is what happens to Thyagu and Chandru who is the real culprit. Prabhu (actor)
Prabhu Ganesan (born 25 December 1956), known professionally as Prabhu, is an Indian actor, businessman and film producer who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. He is the son of veteran actor Sivaji Ganesan. He is popularly known as ''Ilaya Thilagam''. He has worked in more than 215 films in lead and supporting roles in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. After making his debut in '' Sangili'' (1982), Prabhu played various leading and supporting roles, earning the Best Actor award recognition by the Tamil Nadu State for his portrayal in ''Chinna Thambi'' (1991). Janagaraj
Janagaraj is an Indian actor who has appeared in over 200 films predominantly in Tamil cinema as a comedian or in supporting roles. He also starred in few Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi films. Early life Janagaraj was born to Vadivelu and Muthulakshmi in Chennai Tamil Nadu. He joined the Auditor General's Office as a Junior Division Clerk in 1976 and worked part-time as a theatre artist and a stage artist due to his desire to act and perform. ''Kalki'' is a Tamil language, Tamil-language Weekly (news magazine), weekly magazine published from Chennai, India. The magazine was established by Kalki Krishnamurthy, a popular Tamil language, Tamil novelist and Indian freedom fighter, in 1941. Kalki Sadasivam, T Sadasivam was the magazine's co-founder. Malaysia Vasudevan
Vasudevan (15 June 1944 – 20 February 2011), known as Malaysia Vasudevan, was a Malaysian-Indian playback singer and actor in Tamil cinema. Early life Malaysia Vasudevan's parents were from Palakkad. Chattu Nair of Ottappalam and Ammalu of Polpulli, along with their families migrated to British Malaya in search of a livelihood. After a few years, Chattu Nair married Ammalu in an arranged marriage. Vasudevan was born on 15 June 1944 as their eighth and youngest child. Even though he was a Malayali, as was the case with the majority of contemporary South Indian migrants to Malaya then, his surroundings in Malaysia was dominated by the Tamil language and culture. Gopalarathnam, known by his stage name Typist Gopu, was an Indian actor known for comedy and supporting roles. He acted in over 600 stage plays and 400 films. Career A native of Manakkal, Lalgudi in Trichy district, Gopalarathnam was active in college dramas during his B. Com. from Vivekananda College, Chennai and got introduced to the stage through his friend Nagesh in his drama troupe in 1955.
