Club Atlético Unión (; mostly known as Unión de Santa Fe ) is a sports club from Santa Fe, the capital city of the Santa Fe Province, in Argentina. The club was founded on April 15, 1907 and plays in the Argentine Primera División. Although Unión is mostly known for its football team, that currently plays in Primera División, the club hosts other sports such as archery, basketball, field hockey, gymnastics, martial arts, roller skating, swimming and volleyball. The 15 de Abril is a stadium in Santa Fe, Argentina, Santa Fe, Argentina. It is currently used primarily for football (soccer), football matches and is the home ground of club Unión de Santa Fe. The venue bears his name in homage to the date the club was founded. It was the first made of cement and with artificial lighting in the region. The away goals rule is a method of tiebreaker, tiebreaking in association football and other sports when teams play each other twice, once at each team's home ground. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque (; (3 May 1949 – 15 February 2021) was an Argentine footballer who played as a striker. Club career In a career spanning from 1972 to 1984 he played for Unión de Santa Fe, Rosario Central, River Plate, Racing Club de Avellaneda and Chacarita Juniors. On 22 February 1976, Luque scored all five goals in a game in which his team, River Plate, defeated San Lorenzo de Almagro 5–1. International career With Argentina he was 1978 World Champion, scoring four goals in the tournament, including a spectacular long distance volley against France during the first round. During that tournament, his brother died in a traffic accident on the day that Argentina played Italy. Ernesto Mastrángelo
Ernesto Enrique Mastrángelo (born 5 July 1948 in Rufino) is an Argentine former football striker who played for both River Plate and Boca Juniors in Argentina. He also played international football for the Argentina national team Mastrángelo (nicknamed Héber) started his career in 1968 with Atlanta. In 1972, he joined River Plate but he never won any titles during his time with the club. He joined Unión de Santa Fe in 1975, but in early 1976 he was signed by River Plate's eternal rivals Boca Juniors. During his time with Boca, Mastrángelo scored 56 goals in 134 games in all competitions. He won a number of titles with the club including three league titles and two consecutive Copa Libertadores championships. Victorio Nicolás Cocco (born 23 March 1946 in Santa Fe, Argentina) is a former Argentine footballer.
