United Valleys
United Valleys ( it, Valli Unite) is a regionalist Italian political party active in the province of Trentino, Italy. It was formed in May 2006 by former leader of Lega Nord Trentino Denis Bertolini and seeks to represent the inhabitants of the valleys of Trentino: Val di Sole, Val di Non, Valle dell'Adige, Valli Giudicarie and Vallagarina. In the 2008 provincial election the party supported Sergio Divina (Lega Nord Trentino). Regionalism is a political ideology that seeks to increase the political power, influence, and/or self-determination of the people of one or more subnational regions. It focuses on the "development of a political or social system based on one or more" regions and/or the national, normative or economic interests of a specific region, group of regions or another subnational entity, gaining strength from or aiming to strengthen the "consciousness of and loyalty to a distinct region with a homogeneous population", similarly to nationalism. Lega Trentino ( en, Trentino League), whose complete name is ( en, Trentino League for Salvini Premier), is a regionalist political party active in Trentino. The party was a "national" section of Lega Nord (LN) from 1991 to 2000 and has been the regional section of Lega per Salvini Premier (LSP) in Trentino since 2020. Vallagarina
Lagarina Valley ( it, Vallagarina, german: Lagertal) is a valley in northern Italy, used to define the lower mountain course of the Adige River. It is mostly included in the province of Trentino, with the lower section being part of the province of Verona. The largest town is Rovereto. Geography The upper limit of the valley is generally set at the so-called "Murazzi", north to Besenello and about south to Trento. Above this it is known as Val d'Adige.
