Undisputed (film)
''Undisputed'' is a 2002 American sports drama film written, produced and directed by Walter Hill. The film stars Wesley Snipes, Ving Rhames, Peter Falk, Michael Rooker, Jon Seda, Wes Studi, Fisher Stevens, and Master P. ''Undisputed'' was released in the United States on August 23, 2002. The film performed poorly at the box-office and received mixed reviews from critics; nevertheless it later found success in the home video market. Plot Heavyweight boxing champion George 'The Iceman' Chambers is convicted of rape and sentenced to Sweetwater, a new prison in the desert. Walter Hill (director)
Walter Hill (born January 10, 1940) is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer known for his action films and revival of the Western genre. He has directed such films as ''The Driver'', ''Southern Comfort'', '' 48 Hrs.'' and its sequel ''Another 48 Hrs.'', '' Streets of Fire'' and ''Red Heat'', and wrote the screenplay for the crime drama '' The Getaway''. Denis Arndt (born November 23, 1939) is an American actor, best known for his starring role as Alex Priest in the play ''Heisenberg'' for which he earned a 2017 Tony Award nomination for Best Actor in a Play. Life and career Denis Arndt served in the Vietnam War as a United States Army helicopter pilot, earning a Purple Heart and Commendation Medal. Corey Miller (born March 9, 1971), better known by his stage name C-Murder, is an American rapper and songwriter. He initially gained fame in the mid-1990s as a part of his brother Master P's label No Limit Records, primarily as a member of the label's supergroup, TRU. Miller went on to release several solo albums of his own through the label, including 1998's platinum '' Life or Death''. London Prize Ring Rules
The London Prize Ring Rules were a list of boxing rules promulgated in 1838 and revised in 1853. These rules were based on those drafted by England's Jack Broughton in 1743 (known as the Broughton Rules) and governed the conduct of prizefighting/ bare-knuckle boxing for over 100 years. They "introduced measures that remain in effect for professional boxing to this day, such as outlawing butting, gouging, scratching, kicking, hitting a man while down, holding the ropes, and using resin, stones or hard objects in the hands, and biting."
