United States Of Indonesia
The United States of Indonesia ( nl, Verenigde Staten van Indonesië, id, Republik Indonesia Serikat, abbreviated as RIS), was a short-lived federal state to which the Netherlands formally transferred sovereignty of the Dutch East Indies (except Netherlands New Guinea) on 27 December 1949 following the Dutch–Indonesian Round Table Conference. This transfer ended the four-year conflict between Indonesian nationalists and the Netherlands for control of Indonesia. It lasted less than a year, before being replaced by the unitary Republic of Indonesia. Background In January 1942, the Japanese invaded the Dutch East Indies, displacing the Dutch colonial government. On 17 August 1945, two days after the Japanese surrender, Indonesian nationalist leader Sukarno declared Indonesian independence. The Dutch, viewing Sukarno and the Indonesian leadership as having collaborated with the Japanese, decided to restore their authority. However, British South East Asia Command, under ...

Unique Transaction Identifier
A Unique Transaction Identifier (Acronym: UTI), alternatively called Unique Swap Identifier (Acronym: USI) is a globally unique identifier for individual transactions in financial markets. USIs were introduced in late 2012 in the U.S. in the context of Dodd–Frank regulation, where reporting of transactions to Trade Repositories first became mandatory. European financial market regulations followed suit, with reporting to Trade Repositories under EMIR requiring UTIs from February 2014 on. The use of the UTI is also mandatory for regulatory reporting under REMIT. Strictly speaking, the term USI is specific to the U.S. regulation, while UTI is specific to EU regulations. In practice, both terms are used interchangeable, in particular within large trading firms reporting under both regimes. The UTI/USI is governed by the ISO 23897 standard. Structure A UTI/USI is an alphanumeric code of fixed length, with the maximum length defined as either 42 (U.S.) or 52 (EU) characters. The ...

It is the Italian section of the International Workers' Association (IWA; ''Associazione Internazionale dei Lavoratori'' in Italian or ''AIT'' - 'Asociación Internacional de los Trabajadores'' in the common Spanish reference), and the name of USI is also abbreviated as USI-AIT. Early history The USI was founded in 1912, after a group of workers, previously affiliated with the Confederazione Generale del Lavoro (CGL), met in Modena and declared themselves linked to the legacy of the First International, and later joined the anarcho-syndicalist International Workers' Association. The most left-wing '' camere del lavoro'' adhered in rapid succession to the USI, and it engaged in all major political battles for labor rights - without ever adopting the militarist attitudes present with other trade unions. Uši
''Uši'' is the sixth studio album by Czech progressive rock band Už jsme doma. It was released in 1999 via Skoda Records. The record was somewhat of an American breakthrough for the band and also marked the first time that they had worked with an American producer. A 2000 tour in support of the album coincided with the band's fifteenth anniversary. Production ''Uši'' was produced by Dan Rathburn, of the band Idiot Flesh. Critical reception Francois Couture, in an AllMusic review, wrote that producer "Dan Rathbun captured the band members' live energy while allowing them an ample sound for their more symphonic inclinations." ''CMJ New Music Monthly'' stated that "a studied roughness continues to creep into the kinetic art-rock/jazz/ethnic/punk/chamber pop fusion theorized by key personnel Miroslav Wanek and Jindra Dolansky." ''The San Diego Union-Tribune'' wrote that the album "features noodling guitars ("Oko"), thick bass riffs ("Bosi") and epic jams (Usi") —all of which ...
