UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifying Group I
Group I of UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying was one of the ten groups to decide which teams would qualify for the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament in Germany. Group I consisted of six teams: Andorra, Belarus, Israel, Kosovo, Romania and Switzerland. The teams played against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The top two teams, Romania and Switzerland, qualified directly for the final tournament. The participants of the qualifying play-offs were decided based on their performance in the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League. UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifying
The UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying tournament is an upcoming Association football, football competition that will be played from March 2023 to March 2024 to determine the 23 UEFA member men's national teams that will join the automatically qualified host team Germany national football team, Germany in the UEFA Euro 2024 final tournament. The competition will be linked with the 2022–23 UEFA Nations League, which will give countries a secondary route to qualify for the final tournament. A total of 53 UEFA member associations entered the qualifying process. The draw for the qualifying group stage took place at the Festhalle Frankfurt, Festhalle in Frankfurt on 9 October 2022. The Estadi Nacional is a stadium located in Andorra la Vella. It is the national stadium of Andorra, and is used for association football and rugby union. It has a capacity of 3,306, and the pitch is made of artificial turf. History The stadium was built at the former ground of the Camp d'Esports del M.I. Consell General. Denis Alibec (born 5 January 1991) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liga I club Farul Constanța and the Romania national team. Alibec began his senior career at Farul Constanța, and at age 18 was signed by Italian club Inter Milan. He only made two Serie A appearances and was loaned out several times, before being brought back to Romania by Astra Giurgiu. He became a regular starter and goalscorer with the latter, and also aided it in winning its first national title in the 2015–16 season. Dennis Man (born 26 August 1998) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays mainly as a winger for Serie B club Parma and the Romania national team. Man began his senior career in the second division with UTA Arad in 2015, and one year later signed for FCSB.
