''Utsavamelam'' (The Sound of Festival) is a 1992 Indian Malayalam-language film directed by Suresh Unnithan and written by K. S. Bhasurachandran. The rivalry between two families and the unexpected middle man in these issues is the main theme of the film. Suresh Unnithan
P. Suresh Unnithan (born 30 July 1956) is an Indian film and television director who works in Malayalam films. His most popular works are Mukha Chithram, Utsavamelam , Jaathakam, Bhagyavan, Aardram. Biography His start in film was as an assistant director to Padmarajan, the most renowned film director, from whom he learned the basics and craft of film making. Later he debuted with Jaathakam, which was well acclaimed by the critics and was a huge hit. The same film won the Best Newcomer Director award at the Kerala State Film Awards. Ravi Vallathol (25 November 1952 25 April 2020) was an Indian actor, mainly noted for his acting in many famous serials, including the first serial in Malayalam. Biography He was born as the son of famous Drama legend T. N. Gopinathan Nair and Soudamini. He was the grandnephew of the famous Malayalam poet Vallathol Narayana Menon. Innocent Vareed Thekkethala (born 28 February 1948) is an Indian actor and politician.
