Ursula Hinrichs
Ursula Hinrichs (born April 27, 1935) is a German actress. Biography Ursula was born on April 27, 1935. She is a well-known actress and her nickname is "The Hinrichs." She is also known as "the Grand Dame of Theater." In the 1990s and 2000s, Hinrichs also appeared regularly on television outside of Ohnsorg recordings. In the successful children's series Neues vom Süderhof (1991-1997) and Die Kinder vom Alstertal (1998-2004), for example, she was among the main cast in the role of the lovable grandmother. In 1993, she appeared in the miniseries Der große Bellheim as Emma, the housekeeper of Bellheim, played by Mario Adorf. In addition, she has been active since 1956 as a narrator of Low German radio plays and texts, such as since 2011 as Oma Hertha in the NDR radio series Düsse Petersens. Ammerland
Ammerland is a district in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is bounded by (from the east and clockwise) the city of Oldenburg and the districts of Oldenburg, Cloppenburg, Leer, Friesland and Wesermarsch. History The "Ammerland" was first mentioned in the 10th century. The word is believed to derive from ''Ameri'', which is an old word meaning "swamp". In the time of Viking raids small ring-like castles were built in order to protect the defenceless hamlets. For many years there was little interest in this swampy region. In the 14th century it became part of the County of Oldenburg. The counts established strongholds in the region, which was the frontier against the lands of the untamable Frisians. Neues Vom Süderhof
''Neues vom Süderhof'' (lit. "News from the Suderhof") is a German children's television series. The heart of the series are the five Brendel children who live on the Süderhof farm. Dr. Günther Brendel is a veterinarian and his wife Sonia is an author writing a book about parenting. They live with their two daughters, Bimbo and Molle, and next-door live Grandma and Grandpa Brendel. After Günther's brother and sister-in-law are killed in a plane crash, Sonia and Günther adopt their children, Dany, Peggy, and Benny. Thus, the series chronicles the experiences of these five children and their lives on the Süderhof farm. The series was very popular with children and early youths in Germany and was re-aired multiple times. Many episodes were also shown on the popular children's entertainment show Tigerenten Club. ''Die Kinder vom Alstertal'' is a German children's television series produced by Norddeutscher Rundfunk and broadcast on the Kinderkanal from 1998 to 2004. There are 52 episodes in four seasons. Series The series is set in a large farmhouse near the North Sea with a station on the Hamburg U-Bahn.
