''Unstable'' is the second album by nu metal quartet Tetrarch. It is their debut recording for Napalm Records. Composition Musically, ''Unstable'' is a nu metal work, with both the album and Tetrarch credited with playing into the genre's revival. Elements of metalcore also appear, from the "intense" riffs on "I'm Not Right" to "Addicted"s "pure anthemia". Tetrarch is an American nu metal band from Atlanta, Georgia, United States. They are now located in Los Angeles. They have released three EPs and two albums. Their latest entitled ''Unstable'', was released in April 2021. Napalm Records is an Austrian independent record label focused on heavy metal and hard rock. Metalcore
Metalcore (also known as metallic hardcore) is a fusion music genre that combines elements of extreme metal and hardcore punk. As with other styles blending metal and hardcore, such as crust punk and grindcore, metalcore is noted for its use of breakdowns, slow, intense passages conducive to moshing. Other defining instrumental qualities include heavy riffs and stop-start rhythm guitar playing, occasional blast beats, and double bass drumming.
