Uno Svenningsson
Uno Svenningsson (born 1 July 1959 in Hagelstorp, Sweden) is a Swedish pop singer-songwriter and guitarist, who has been active in music since the late 1970s. He was the singer in the pop group "Freda'" in the early 1980s and early 1990s, and the group had hit songs like "Vindarna" and "Det gör mig så lycklig". Since 1994, Svenningsson has been a solo artist. His first four solo albums sold approximately 300,000 copies. In 2002, Carlsberg launched a series of TV commercials for Pripps Blå, with Uno Svenningsson's song "Vågorna" as background music. In 2007, Uno Svenningsson joined Irma Schultz Keller to participate in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 2007, and compete for the chance to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. ''Sommarkrysset'' (; "The Summer Cross") is a Swedish television program that is broadcast live from the Gröna Lund amusement park in Stockholm during the summer. It was first shown on 3 June 2005. The TV show became famous for their early bookings of music artists such as Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Rita Ora, Jason Mraz, Ava Max who later went on to gain global success. The program consists of live performances by famous artists in front of a live audience while viewers can call in and win a certain amount of money. "Under ytan" ( en, Under the Surface) is a song written by Uno Svenningsson and recorded by him for his debut album as a solo artist, '' Uno'', released in 1994. It was released as a single the same year. The song, which opens with the cello being played, was also used by insurance companies in an anti-violence campaign. In 1998, the song was recorded by Blues. Charts Blues version Other recordings Loreen released a cover of the song as a single on 18 December 2015, simultaneously performing it live on TV on at Svenska Hjältar-Galan. It was her first single released in Swedish. Loreen turned the guitar pop track into a moody, electronic ballad which starts out with just her voice and some synths, but halfway through explodes with a lush production and more vocal power. Eva Dahlgren
Eva Charlotte Dahlgren (; born 9 June 1960) is a Swedish pop musician and singer-songwriter. Career Dahlgren was discovered by musician/producer Bruno Glenmark in 1978 after appearing on the TV show ''Sveriges magasin'' and her debut album ''Finns det nån som bryr sej om'' was released the same year. In 1979 she placed third in Melodifestivalen (the tryout competition for the Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden). She toured Sweden in 1987 with Swedish pop duo Roxette, a tour that was attended by more than 100,000 people. Dahlgren's career grew steadily with several album releases during the 1980s but her definite breakthrough in Sweden came in 1991 with '' En blekt blondins hjärta'', her most successful album, which sold over half a million copies and won her five Grammis awards. Sverigetopplistan (, lit. "the Sweden top list") is the Swedish national record chart, formerly known as Topplistan (1975–1997) and Hitlistan (1998–2007) and known by its current name since October 2007, based on sales data from the Swedish Recording Industry Association (in Swedish Grammofonleverantörernas förening). Before Topplistan, music sales in Sweden were recorded by Kvällstoppen, whose weekly chart was a combined albums and singles list. Österlen () ( da, Østerlen) is a region in the southeast of the Swedish province of Scania (Skåne). Historically, the region was shared between the counties of Kristianstad and Malmöhus for a small part in the southwest, until Skåne County was created in 1997. Österlen includes the municipalities of Simrishamn and Tomelilla and a rural part of Ystad. The towns of Simrishamn and Tomelilla are of very similar sizes, but the Simrishamn municipal population is somewhat larger.
