Unnai Thedi
''Unnai Thedi'' () is a 1999 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Sundar C. The film stars Ajith Kumar and Malavika, while an ensemble supporting cast includes Karan, Vivek, Sivakumar, and Srividya. Some of the scenes are similar and adapted from the 1995 Hindi blockbuster movie ''Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge'', starring Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. The film's music is composed by Deva, the film released on 5 February 1999 to positive reviews from critics and it was declared hit at the box office. Vinayagar Sundar Vel (born 21 January 1966), known professionally as Sundar C., is an Indian film director, actor and producer. He has directed over 34 films in Tamil and acted in 17 movies as the protagonist. His notable films include ''Ullathai Allitha'' (1996), '' Arunachalam'' (1997), ''Unnai Thedi'' (1999), ''Anbe Sivam'' (2003), ''Winner'' (2003), '' Giri'' (2004), ''Kalakalappu'' (2012), ''Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru'' (2013), ''Aranmanai'' (2014), ''Aambala'' (2015) and ''Kalakalappu 2'' (2018). Manorama (Tamil Actress)
Gopishantha (26 May 1937 – 10 October 2015), better known by her stage name Manorama, also called Aachi, was an Indian actress, playback singer and comedian who had appeared in more than 1000 films and 5000 stage performances and several television series predomninantely in the Tamil language until 2015. She was a recipient of the Kalaimamani award. In 2002, Government of India awarded Manorama the Padma Shri for her contribution to the arts. Periya Karuppa Thevar (1936 - 18 September 2012) was a Tamil film character artiste and folk singer who appeared in Tamil-language films. Film career PKT was part of the drama troupe floated by veteran Sankaradoss Swamigal more than fifty years ago. Like many actors of his era, he had made the grade to films as an actor after toiling hard on stage where he used to be quite popular for his acting as well as in singing many folk songs. Singamuthu (born 8 December 1958) is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films as a comedian. Career Singamuthu has primarily appeared in comedy roles in films as a supporting actor debuting in ''Neram Nalla Irukku'' (1987).
