Unlikely Prescription
''Unlikely Prescription'' is the fifteenth studio album by Twiztid. Released on September 10, 2021, the album marked a stylistic change in the duo's music. Previously, Twiztid had performed mainly rap with only certain rock elements thrown in (such as horrorcore); however, on ''Unlikely Prescription'', they ventured into a purely rock-oriented direction. The album featured rock and metal guests such as Spencer Charnas (Ice Nine Kills), Dani Filth (Cradle of Filth), Rich Ward (Fozzy), and Matt Brandyberry (From Ashes to New). Background In 2020, Twiztid had released two albums in the same year, April's '' Mad Season'' and November's '' Revelashen''. Both albums intentionally received little promotion, with the former being released on the same day that it was announced. Twiztid
Twiztid is an American hip hop duo from Detroit, Michigan, known for both their horror-themed lyrics and rock influenced sound. Formed in 1997, Twiztid is composed of rappers Jamie "Madrox" Spaniolo and Paul "Monoxide" Methric. Spaniolo and Methric are also members of the group House of Krazees with Bryan "The R.O.C." Jones, which formed in 1992. Twiztid released their debut album, ''Mostasteless'', in 1998. Since then, they have released 16 full-length studio albums, 14 extended plays, 17 compilation albums, two mixtapes, and numerous singles. They were signed with Psychopathic Records from 1997 until 2012. Two years later, they formed their own label, Majik Ninja Entertainment. From Ashes to New is an American rock band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The band's lineup frequently shifted in its early years, musician Matt Brandyberry being the founding and sole constant member of the group. Van's Warped Tour
The Warped Tour was a traveling rock tour that toured the United States plus three or four stops in Canada annually each summer from 1995 until 2019. It was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival to date in North America. Following the first Warped Tour, the skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans became the tour’s main sponsor, when it then became known as the Vans Warped Tour.
