University Of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, Fox Cities Campus
The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, Fox Cities Campus (formerly the University of Wisconsin–Fox Valley) is a branch campus of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a member of the 26 campus University of Wisconsin System. It is located on in Menasha, Wisconsin. Prior to its merger with the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in July 2018, the campus was a member of the University of Wisconsin Colleges. As of 2017, the campus enrolls 1,286 students, making it the second largest of the UW Branch Campuses. Academics The campus offers a wide range of courses to begin any one of over 250 academic majors, leading to either an Associate’s degree with emphases in 25 areas, or the Guaranteed Transfer Program under which students are guaranteed admission to a four-year University of Wisconsin System campus of their choice if they meet certain academic requirements. Digistar is the first computer graphics-based planetarium projection and content system. It was designed by Evans & Sutherland and released in 1983. Barlow Planetarium
The Barlow Planetarium is a planetarium located at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Fox Cities Campus in Menasha, Wisconsin. Established in 1998, it was the first major planetarium in Wisconsin. It is named after late businessman and mineral collector F. John Barlow. History Barlow Planetarium takes its name from F. John Barlow, who was the largest private donor to the building of the planetarium. The planetarium opened in March 1998. Wisconsin Collegiate Conference
The Wisconsin Collegiate Conference (WCC) was a collegiate athletic conference made up of the branch campuses in the University of Wisconsin System. The teams competed in co-ed soccer, women's volleyball, men's basketball, and women's basketball. Only three schools competed in all four sports. All schools are considered junior colleges and athletes are only eligible for two years.
