University Of Prizren
The University of Prizren ( sq, Universiteti i Prizrenit, lat, Universitas Prizreniensis) is a public university located in Prizren, Kosovo. It was originally established in 1962 as the High Pedagogical Institute (''Shkolla e Lartë Pedagogjike - SHLP''). It was re-established in 2010 under the present name. It offers bachelor degrees and master degrees in different fields. History University of Prizren is inherited from the High Pedagogical Institute which was established in 1962. The present form of the University started in 2010 with the decision number 01/87 Studies are mainly offered in the Albanian language. Kosovo

The first Albanian-language school in Kosovo was opened in 1889. That was the birth of public education in the well-known cultural and historical city, Prizren. The University of Pristina ( sq, Universiteti i Prishtinës) is a public university located in Pristina, Kosovo. It is the institution that emerged after the disestablishment of the University of Pristina (1969–99) as a result of the Kosovo War.
