University Field (Albany)
University Field was a 10,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Albany, New York. It was home to the University at Albany, SUNY, University at Albany Great Danes American football, football Albany Great Danes football, team from its opening in 1970 until 2012. The stadium was demolished after the football team's final game; after a major renovation to upgrade the site's Track and field, track & field facilities, the site reopened in the fall of 2013 as the home for Albany's men's and women's teams in that sport. In the spring of 2012, Albany began construction on a new 8,500-seat football stadium as part of a new sports complex on campus. The stadium, eventually known as Bob Ford Field, opened for the 2013 season, replacing University Field as the home of Great Danes football. It will be expandable to 24,000.

University Field (Hofstra)
University Field is a baseball venue in Hempstead, New York, United States. It is home to the Hofstra Pride baseball team of the NCAA Division I Colonial Athletic Association. The facility has a capacity of 400 spectators. The field features a Competition Turf artificial surface in the infield and a natural grass surface in the outfield. Renovations In the 1990s and 2000s, the facility underwent several renovations. In 1990, a new, wooden outfield wall was constructed. In 1991, new dugouts were added, foul territory fencing was replaced, and fencing was built around the bullpens. In 2002 and 2003, 70-foot sunken dugouts with fencing were constructed. In 2004, the warning track was resurfaced. In 2006, a new electronic scoreboard, located beyond the right center field fence, was installed. University Field is a 2,000-seat softball stadium on the east side of the campus of Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Per Physical Plant Director Dave Thompson, the bleacher seating capacity is 525 but could be pushed to 600 if needed. It serves as the home field of the Jacksonville State Gamecocks softball team and served as the home field of the Jacksonville State Gamecocks baseball team until 1995, when that team moved to Rudy Abbott Field on the west side of campus. The field opened on May 20, 2011, replacing Stony Brook's old baseball field, which was known as University Field from 2002 to 2011. The old facility was known as Seawolves Field through the 2002 season, when its name was changed to University Field.
