University is a neighborhood within the greater University community in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is almost completely occupied by the Minneapolis campus of the University of Minnesota, hence the name. The Mississippi River divides it into two, making it the only official neighborhood in Minneapolis that occupies both sides of the river. Prospect Park is a historic neighborhood within the University community of the U.S. city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Marcy-Holmes, Minneapolis
Marcy-Holmes is a defined neighborhood in the U.S. city of Minneapolis. The majority of the area is residential and sits upon a bluff overlooking the river and the city skyline. However, a small section of the neighborhood along the river is an industrial zone. The neighborhood is bordered on the south by the Mississippi River, to the east by the University of Minnesota and 15th Avenue Southeast, to the north by the railroad tracks that separate it from the Como Neighborhood, and to the west by Central Avenue.
