Bitterfeld
Bitterfeld () is a town in the district of Anhalt-Bitterfeld, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since 1 July 2007 it has been part of the town of Bitterfeld-Wolfen. It is situated approximately 25 km south of Dessau, and 30 km northeast of Halle (Saale). At the end of 2016, it had 40,964 inhabitants. History and description The name Bitterfeld most likely comes from the Middle High German words ''bitter'' and ''Feld'' and so means "boggy land". Bitterfeld was built by a colony of Flemish immigrants in 1153. The first documentary mention is from 1224. It was captured by the landgrave of Meissen in 1476, and belonged thenceforth to Saxony, until it was ceded to Prussia in 1815. By 1900, Bitterfeld station was an important junction of the Berlin–Halle and the Magdeburg–Leipzig railways. The population at that time was 11,839; it manufactured drainpipes, paper roofing, and machinery, and had sawmills. There were also several coal mines in the vicinity. Owing to its pleasant s ...

The Batallion (band)
''The'' () is a grammatical article in English, denoting persons or things that are already or about to be mentioned, under discussion, implied or otherwise presumed familiar to listeners, readers, or speakers. It is the definite article in English. ''The'' is the most frequently used word in the English language; studies and analyses of texts have found it to account for seven percent of all printed English-language words. It is derived from gendered articles in Old English which combined in Middle English and now has a single form used with nouns of any gender. The word can be used with both singular and plural nouns, and with a noun that starts with any letter. This is different from many other languages, which have different forms of the definite article for different genders or numbers. Pronunciation In most dialects, "the" is pronounced as (with the voiced dental fricative followed by a schwa) when followed by a consonant sound, and as (homophone of the archaic pr ...

Tyrant (Japanese Band)
Tyrant is a Japanese symphonic black metal band. History 1994–1996 Tyrant was found in December 1994 by Keisuke. They originally played a rawer, more straightforward style of black metal. Although Keisuke loved black metal, he believed that a lot of bands, such as Dark Funeral and Satyricon played it much better than them. Afterwards, he decided on being a symphonic black metal band. Things started to take shape after several lineup changes and the addition of Hidenori as the guitarist. Ayumi joined as the keyboards of the band and Masaya as the drums. Though Ayumi initially started on rhythm guitars, she soon found herself adding depth and a new dimension behind keyboards, where she had 10 years experience. They released their 2nd promo tape ''Under the Dark Mystic Sky'' in the autumn of 1995. 1997–1998 Tyrant had made their first album around this era. As a result, they got the deal with Pulverized Records in 1997. All in 1997, they absorbed themselves in a recording of t ...

Flesh Made Sin
Flesh is any aggregation of soft tissues of an organism. Various multicellular organisms have soft tissues that may be called "flesh". In mammals, including humans, ''flesh'' encompasses muscles, fats and other loose connective tissues, but sometimes excluding non-muscular organs (liver, lung, spleen, kidney) and typically discarded parts (hard tendon, brain tissue, intestines, etc.). In a culinary context, consumable animal flesh is called meat, while processed visceral tissues are known as offal. In particular animal groups such as vertebrates, molluscs and arthropods, the flesh is distinguished from tougher body structures such as bone, shell and scute, respectively. In plants, the "flesh" is the juicy, edible structures such as the mesocarp of fruits and melons as well as soft tubers, rhizomes and taproots, as opposed to tougher structures like nuts and stems. In fungi, ''flesh'' refers to trama, the soft, inner portion of a mushroom, or fruit body. A more rest ...
