Newburgh, Indiana
Newburgh is a borough in Ohio Township, Warrick County, Indiana, United States, along the Ohio River. The population was 3,325 at the 2010 census, although the town is part of the larger Evansville metropolitan area which recorded a population of 342,815, and Ohio Township, which Newburgh shares with nearby Chandler, has a population of 37,749 in the 2010 census with over 17,000 of those living in the town and areas adjacent to the town. It is the easternmost suburb of Evansville. The area has been inhabited by various cultures for millennia dating back at least 10,000 years. William Cody Gribble (born September 20, 1990) is an American professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour. Early years Gribble was born in Dallas, Texas. He played college golf at the University of Texas and won the 2012 NCAA Championship with teammates Dylan Frittelli and Jordan Spieth. Gribble is a left-handed golfer. Ben Martin (born August 26, 1987) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. Professional career As an amateur, Martin played in three major championships and was the runner-up at the 2009 U.S. Amateur. Having turned professional in 2010, he won in his second professional event, and finished runner-up at qualifying school for the PGA Tour at the end of the year. Mark Hubbard (born May 24, 1989) is an American professional golfer. College career Hubbard golfed for San Jose State University from 2007 to 2011. A 2009 first-team all-Western Athletic Conference (WAC) honoree, he twice qualified for the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship, in 2009 and 2011. Ryan Patrick Armour (born February 27, 1976) is an American professional golfer. His father is David Armour and his mother is Jude Armour of Silver Lake, Ohio. His grandfather was Frank Armour Jr. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who was president of H.J. Heinz Co. Armour attended Ohio State University. He earned third-team All-American honors in 1998 and was selected to the All-Big Ten squad in 1995 and 1998. Gregory Clive Owen (born 19 February 1972) is an English professional golfer. Career Owen was born in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. He turned professional in 1992 and gained his European Tour card at the 1997 qualifying school. Adam Long (born September 25, 1987) is an American professional golfer who won his first PGA Tour event at the 2019 Desert Classic. Early life Long was born in New Orleans, and grew up in St. Louis. He is the son of Gordon and Jane and the brother of Lindsay. Growing up, Long played multiple sports, especially hockey, but after a leg injury, he focused on golf. He graduated from Francis Howell High School in 2006 and during his time there he was selected to the All-State All-Metro team all four years. Carter Smylie Kaufman (born November 30, 1991) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour. Early life and career Kaufman was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended Vestavia Hills High School. His middle name is a tribute to his grandmother's cousin, Smylie Gebhart, who was an All-American defensive end for Georgia Tech in 1971.
