United (ENT Episode)
"United" is the 13th episode of the fourth season of the American science fiction television series '' Star Trek: Enterprise'' and the 89th episode overall. It was first broadcast on the UPN network on February 4, 2005. It is the second of a three-part story which included the previous episode " Babel One", and the following episode, " The Aenar". "United" was written by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens from a story idea by show runner Manny Coto. It was directed by David Livingston, his third of the season. Set in the 22nd century, the series follows the adventures of the first Starfleet starship '' Enterprise'', registration NX-01. In this episode, two of the crew are trapped on the Romulan drone ship while Captain Jonathan Archer ( Scott Bakula) on the ''Enterprise'' attempts to gain the co-operation of the Andorians and Tellarites in tracking down the drone. Starfleet
Starfleet is a fictional organization in the ''Star Trek'' media franchise. Within this fictional universe, Starfleet is a uniformed space force maintained by the United Federation of Planets ("the Federation") as the principal means for conducting deep space exploration, research, defense, peacekeeping, and diplomacy (although Starfleet predates the Federation, having originally been an Earth organization, as shown by the television series ''Star Trek: Enterprise''). Trip Tucker
Charles "Trip" Tucker III, portrayed by Connor Trinneer, is a fictional character in the television series ''Star Trek: Enterprise''. Tucker was the chief engineer on the ''Enterprise'' and also briefly served in the same role aboard the Enterprise's sister ship '' Columbia''. Biography Tucker was born in 2121. His nickname "Trip" is short for "Triple", as he is the third generation of his family to be named Charles Tucker. Klingon
The Klingons ( ; Klingon: ''tlhIngan'' ) are a fictional species in the science fiction franchise ''Star Trek''. Developed by screenwriter Gene L. Coon in 1967 for the original ''Star Trek'' (''TOS'') series, Klingons were swarthy humanoids characterized by prideful ruthlessness and brutality. Amok Time
"Amok Time" is the second season premiere episode of the American science fiction television series ''Star Trek''. Written by science fiction author Theodore Sturgeon, scored by Gerald Fried, and directed by Joseph Pevney, it first aired on September 15, 1967. The episode features First Officer Spock returning to his homeworld for a brutal Vulcan wedding ritual. It is the only episode of ''The Original Series'' to depict scenes on the planet Vulcan. The Original Series
''Star Trek'' is an American science fiction television series created by Gene Roddenberry that follows the adventures of the starship and its crew. It later acquired the retronym of ''Star Trek: The Original Series'' (''TOS'') to distinguish the show within the media franchise that it began. The show is set in the Milky Way galaxy, circa 2266–2269. The ship and crew are led by Captain James T.
