The Union College of Laguna is a college institution that is located at Santa Cruz, Laguna, Philippines. The Union College was founded in 1947 by educator Enrique Sobrepeña whose aim was to provide access to education to students who can't go to Manila for further education. David Sobrepeña (born November 25, 1932) is president of the Union College of Laguna. He was born to Bishop Enrique Sobrepeña and Petra Sobrepeña (née Aguinaldo). He is a native of La Union, a northern province in the Philippines.
