''Under the Gun'' is a 1995 Australian action film directed by Matthew George and starring Richard Norton (actor), Richard Norton and Kathy Long. The film was released direct to home video in 1995. Plot Frank Torrance is a former ice hockey star turned night club owner who wants to sell out and catch the next plane out of town but is heavily in debt. Cast Production The film was independently financed with Imperial Entertainment acquiring all worldwide rights except Australia and North America. Matthew George
Matthew George is an Australian film director, producer and screenwriter. His films include ''Under the Gun (1995 film), Under the Gun'', ''Four Jacks (film), Four Jacks'' and ''Let's Get Skase'', which was co-written with Lachy Hulme. His first film, ''Under the Gun (1995 film), Under the Gun'', was written and directed by him at the age of 21, making him one of the youngest feature film directors in Australian cinema history. George is a founder and partner of Acacia Entertainment, a finance and production company. Acacia Entertainment is a joint venture between the Tunica-Biloxi Tribal Economic Development Corporation, a wholly owned entity of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana and Savvy Media Holdings, another finance and production company he formed. Nicole Maree Louise Buckley-Bingham (born 25 November 1965) is an Australian television presenter and model. She became known in the early 1990s as co-host to Greg Evans on The Australian dating show '' Perfect Match''. Richmond is an inner-city suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Yarra local government area. Yarra River

Fred Robert Weintraub (April 27, 1928 – March 5, 2017) was an American film and television producer and writer. Career Background Weintraub was the original owner and host of The Bitter End in New York City's Greenwich Village. Weintraub discovered singers and stand-up comedians such as Peter, Paul and Mary, Lenny Bruce (with whom he was arrested for obscenity), Randy Newman and The Isley Brothers. Roland Dantes
Rolando Pintoy Dantes (June 15, 1940 – March 16, 2009) was an actor, champion bodybuilder and Filipino martial artist who trained with Remy Presas for over 30 years. He was born on June 15, 1940 in the Philippines. He has also trained with other martial arts masters, such as Cacoy Canete and Edgar Sulite. He worked several years as a police officer before becoming an actor. He is one of the best-known Philippine actors. He has had leading roles in different films including "The Pacific Connection" and "Arnis: The Sticks Of Death." In addition, Dantes was a bodybuilder who won the "Mr. Philippines" title five times between 1971–1980 and placed in competitions for the titles "Mr. Universe" and "Mr. World".
