Unbelievable (Sarah Connor Album)
''Unbelievable'' is the second studio album by German recording artist Sarah Connor, released by X-Cell Records on September 30, 2002 in German-speaking Europe. Connor re-teamed with Rob Tyger and Kay Denar to work on the majority of the production of the album, consulting additional help from Wyclef Jean, Jerry Duplessis, Bülent Aris, Sugar P, and Triage. While the album failed to link on the success of its predecessor '' Green Eyed Soul'', it peaked at number 10 on the German ''Media Control'' albums chart, selling more than 250,000 copies domestically. ''Unbelievable'' also was released in a Spanish edition. Altogether the album spawned four singles: Jean-produced and featured " One Nite Stand (of Wolves and Sheep)", the ballad " Skin on Skin", " He's Unbelievable" (based on a sample of Tupac Shakur's "California Love"), and Connor's North American debut single " Bounce". Sarah Connor (born Sarah Marianne Corina Lewe; 13 June 1980) is a German singer and songwriter. She rose to prominence after she signed with X-Cell Records in 2000 and released her debut album ''Green Eyed Soul'' (2001) the following year. Toni Cottura (born 7 June 1971), better known by his stage name Smooth T., is an Italian-born German Eurodance and hip hop producer and rapper. Musical career He started his career in 1988 as a hip hop producer with David Fascher and later worked with DJ Shahin. In 1993, he founded the Eurodance group Fun Factory, where he started as a dancer before he went on to producer, songwriter and then moving up to rapping on the band's second album. "Bounce" is a song by German recording artist Sarah Connor, taken from her second studio album, '' Unbelievable'' (2002). Written by Bülent Aris, Toni Cottura, and Anthony Freeman, with production helmed by the former, the song samples Mary J. Blige's 2001 song "Family Affair", while featuring guest vocals by Wyclef Jean. "Bounce" was originally released as the album's fourth and final single in Central Europe on 21 July 2003, amid Connor's first pregnancy. It reached the top 20 in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
